CEMC Maldives Housing

The CMEC Maldives Housing III Project, a residential development on Hulhumale Island II, commenced infrastructure construction in 2019, followed by full-scale main construction in 2020. By the first half of 2021, all 10 residential buildings were structurally completed, with interior and exterior decorations expected to conclude by March 2022. VSAIL played a critical role in ensuring the safety of these modern homes by providing fire alarm and detection systems specifically designed for residential environments. Our systems prioritize early detection, efficient evacuation, and reliable protection, creating a secure living space for Maldivian residents in this transformative housing development.
